I deliberately wanted that third chair in this piece. This could be about a 3rd person in the relationship of the two people silhouetted, positive or not depending on circumstances, or to pertain to either person’s faith in God. Art is subjective, so I hope this painting has drawn you in. For me a painting should portray a feeling, and this one was personal to me.
